 Pork and liver terrine with apple chutney & char grilled ciabatta

The classic prawn cocktail with juicy prawns tossed through on a Marie Rose

sauce on a bed of lettuce

Main Meal

Char gilled chicken breast on a bed of new potatoes

and a light chicken jus

A slow braised daube of beef with thyme roasted chateau potatoes and meat jus

Pesto roasted salmon fillet with lemon and dill roasted new potatoes and a cream & onion sauce.
